Patient Voice Volunteer – Gastro Intestinal Services.

Do you or someone you care for suffer with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Gallstones or Dyspepsia?

Have you or they received treatment in the last two years for these conditions? If so then we would like to hear from you.

The North East Hampshire and Farnham Clinical Commissioning Group are working together with other Clinical Commissioning Groups in the area and Frimley Hospital, on making sure everyone receives the best and same gastro-intestinal services across the area.

In order to help us do this, we really want to hear from local patients who have experience of the conditions mentioned above, to ensure that we have a clear understanding of the treatment you have received, how its worked for you and how you feel about it.

In the first instance we would like to bring people together to share their experiences, however we recognise this may not be possible for everyone and so you are welcome to provide your comments and thoughts via email, phone or in a one to one meeting if you would prefer.

Your collective comments can directly influence the decisions we make about the future of the gastro-intestinal health services locally and there is the potential to become part of a task and finish group to put improvements in place if a need is shown.

For more information and details on how to get involved just make an enquiry and we'll get in touch,

To have had either direct experience of one of the a fore-mentioned conditions or be a carer for someone (including children) with gastro- intestinal heath issues.
To be willing to share your experience either within a group setting or alternatively via email or a 1-2-1 meeting.
To provide constructive information in order that we can look to improve the services local people receive.
Live within the North East Hants and Farnham area or your feeder hospital is Frimley Park.
