Quadstar foundation is a new charity supporting children and young people in the UK to flourish. As part of our fundraising strategy we are developing a number of new events for 2018. This is an opportunity to be involved at the beginning of a new and innovative concept, to have a real say in its development and to contribute to its success.
Volunteers will be actively involved in our fundraising committee, contributing ideas to the development of the event concepts in the planning stages, and to developing the marketing and social media strategy. They will then support the implementation of the strategy. The role will vary depending on the interests and particular skills of our volunteers, but may include responsibilities such as drafting copy for the event website, supporting the development of branding, supporting the design of the website and promotional materials, aiding our social media campaign and supporting the production of promotional photographs and videos.
Previous marketing experience isn't necessary, but a willingness to work in a team, listen, learn and think creatively is. You should have excellent communication skills, creativity and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
