Accessible Boating Secretary

If you are an organised person, with some admin. experience, you would be perfect for our Accessible Boating Secretary opportunity.

The role consists of both official Charity Secretary duties - such as preparing agenda of and minuting of the bi-monthly committee meetings, maintaining records of the organisation's activities, its correspondence and contacts and taking care of the charity's official documents - together with other duties, such as setting up training sessions and courses and helping co-ordinate some volunteer sessions.

So, plenty of varied tasks to keep you interested.

The role is based from home and you would only need to be available a couple of hours a month for the meetings.


Word processing.  Some experience of record-keeping e.g. straightforward database maintenance.

Administrative skills.

Organisational ability.
