Activities and Befriender Volunteer

Do you enjoy chatting and meeting new people? Can you spare a few hours a week to help enrich the lives of our senior residents in Aldershot?

This role involves supporting our residents with our activities programme which includes board games, quizzes, art, puzzles, gardening, music and lots more! Alternatively, we are looking for volunteers to simply have a cup of tea and friendly chat with our residents which can make the world of difference to their lives.

We also encourage our volunteers to get involved with events such as open days, our Christmas fayre and our summer party.

You will receive an induction and full training.

Most of our volunteers are over the age of 18. However, we are happy to consider 14-17 year olds if they are accompanied by their parent or guardian.
