Administration volunteer

We're looking for an administration volunteer to help with various tasks to support the day-to-day running of the Bermuda Community Association and Bermuda Hall.  Tasks include

  • meter reading and recording
  • invoicing and payments
  • co-ordinating the bookings calendar
  • submitting returns to Basingstoke and Deane Brough Council
  • organising financial audits
  • renewing insurances

  • Organisational skills
  • Experience managing data and bookings
  • Efficient use of Microsoft Office and email
