Badminton Players can you help us?

Have fun and support people’s wellbeing through Wednesday Badminton. Sport in Mind provides sports and physical activities for those experiencing mental health problems. We are currently looking for volunteers to help with our Badminton sessions from 3pm -4pm every Wednesday at Farnborough Leisure Centre. If you are able to play Badminton and are willing to support our coach by volunteering at our session then please get in touch. Volunteers are a key part of our sessions, supporting, encouraging the group and joining in with activities, making the sessions enjoyable for all. An understanding of how sport and physical activity can have a positive impact on mental health would be helpful; we can support you with the rest!
