Right hook like Anthony Joshua? Well it's not essential in order to come and join our volunteer team!
Here at Vision 4 Youth we currently run Boxercise classes for 11-18 year olds between 7 and 8pm on a Wednesday evening. Its for all levels of ability and no previous experience is required.
We're on the look-out for volunteers to get involved in the class itself, holding pads for young people so that they get as much practice time as possible. However if you just want to come and coach from the sidelines that's great too!
You can volunteer every Wednesday, once a fortnight or even just once a month - we're really flexible!
Taster sessions available.
Volunteers need to
arrive around 6:45pm to set up and usually finish about 8:15pm after packing
Happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck-in!
Ideally physically able - but if you have a physical disability and maybe use to coach or train yourself then we'd love to hear from you too.
Good rapport with young people.
Ideally although if you have a keen interest in boxing we'd love to hear from you if you have a disability.
