The Royal British Legion is the UK's leading Armed Forces charity, providing practical, emotional and financial support to all members of the British Armed Forces past and present and their families.
Summary of the role:
The role will be meeting armed forces veterans (beneficiaries) and their families.
-To assist to identify needs, gather information, provide an action plan with beneficiaries, work closely with a Case Officer to make recommendations and signpost to other organisations or charities if needed.
-The hours are totally flexible to suit your commitments. Full training provided.
-Able to empathise and communicate with people.
-Able to use computers and the internet and email.
-Able to plan manage own work schedule.
-Comfortable working on their own.
