This is an opportunity at both the Aldershot and Farnborough Offices.
To take a lead role in ensuring consistent recording of client outcomes for the local Citizens Advice office.
Identify clients who have given authority for feedback contact and their preferred method of contact.
Work with the wider supervisor team to share information and develop outcomes recording work.
Develop ideas and systems to ensure consistent recording of outcomes.
IT and keyboard skills.
Ability to monitor and maintain recording systems and procedures.
Experience of supporting others.
Understanding of the importance of outcomes in demonstrating the value of Citizens Advice work.
Good attention to detail, with a systematic approach to managing tasks.
