Andover Mind run a monthly 'peer support' group for carers and their 'cared for' providing a chance for carers to come together, share experiences and basically know they're not alone.
Volunteers will help with refreshments (we normally have around 20 folk attending) and chat with carers and cared for alike.
If you've a couple of hours to spare and enjoy meeting people we'd love to talk to you...
Skills
Great communication skills and clear speaking voice.
Good command of the English Language.
Free on a Thursday between 12pm and 2pm.
We are happy to have college students 16+.
