Collection Tin Co-ordinator

Marie Curie are looking for volunteers to help raise funds by placing collection tins with businesses in their local area. We're looking for friendly, confident and reliable people with a little time to spare.

What will I be doing?

- Using your local knowledge, talk to local business owners about placing tins at their locations

- Regularly visit and swap full tins for empty ones

- Count and bank donations completing all necessary paperwork to accurately record the amounts collected at each site and send paperwork to the office

It's a very flexible and relaxed role which could easily fit in around your other work, study or family commitments. 


We are looking for volunteers who:

-  Are 16 or older

-  Are confident to ask shops whether they would be happy to take a tin

-  Are able to work on own initiative

-  Have good numeracy skills
