At Milestones we aim to deliver an immersive visitor experience with lasting memories for all the family!
This public-facing role plays an important part in interpreting our museum collections and enhancing our visitor experience. You can welcome visitors whilst wearing an authentic costume and adopt the role of a shopkeeper in many areas of the museum.
As an attraction we also hold many events and exhibitions throughout the year opening many more opportunity to grow as a valued volunteer at our venue.
Our most popular roles are serving our visitors and staffing the till in our operational wartime sweetshop. In our Toy Shop, you will operate retail systems, whilst selling beautiful, vintage toys and talking to visitors about the newly installed Teddy Bear Museum!
