Are you someone with excellent organisational and admin skills? Do you have an interest in supporting the local voluntary sector to find funding opportunities and promote funding information? At BVA we need a volunteer to help us to maintain an awareness of grants and funding opportunities to the local Voluntary and Charity community.
This voluntary role is to assist with researching funding opportunities as part of our Funding Search service as well as promoting and publicising funding information via the BVA website, Facebook and monthly funding newsletter.
Full support will be given so that you can be a part of this valuable contribution towards sustainability for many local community groups.
We would ideally like someone to commit to one session of three hours a week.
Skills
Ideally experience of working within a voluntary organisation understanding the issues with fundraising and grant applications.
We welcome willing learners.
