Brighton Hill Scout Group (BHSG) has been through an exciting period of growth and
renewal over the past few years. The Group has approximately 100 youth members
across Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, a growing number of both experienced and new adult
volunteers, and has its own recently updated building. We are now looking to find a new
Group Leadership Team to help guide the group on the next steps of its journey.
As we continue to move towards more flexible scouting we have decided to explore the
option of having a Group Leadership Team made up of three small roles. This new way of
working gives team members more time to focus on the bits they excel at whilst getting full
access to the adventures scouting provides.
We do not need all members of the team to have all the skills identified, but we are looking
to cover all the skills across the team.
This may suit someone with strong management and communication skills.
