IT Support

Help support and maintain the Silk Mill IT infrastructure so that our IT software and hardware remain up to date and maintained. Key Responsibilities  Review all IT software and hardware 
 Update and fix any issues (budget allowing)
 Create a handbook of hardware specifications and installed software
 Advise on network solution for the site (budget allowing)
 To report any concern to the Volunteer Coordinator
 To take part in any relevant training 
 To adhere to the Volunteer agreement, and Volunteer Policy
 To comply with, and implement, the Equal Opportunities Policy and procedure, together with all other agreed policies and procedures of the Whitchurch Silk Mill
