Enjoy driving and want to help people in your local community?
The first Rosie Minibus was generously funded some 30 years ago transport the infirm and elderly to the Rosefield Day Centre. With the Day Centre moving to Odiham we now serve the community by providing free transport for over 55s to local events and by hiring Rosie to local charity or not-for-profit groups.
We are a not-for profit organisation and to sustain and develop our service for the community we need more volunteer drivers. You can drive as much or as little as you like. If you passed your driving test before 1st January 1997 you are eligible to drive our 12 seater minibus using your driver's licence.
You will need a licence which allows you to drive a minibus D1 (you can do this with a normal driving licence if you passed before 1st January 1997. This will mean that we ideally need volunteers age 37 and above.
You will need to be friendly and approachable.
