With the continuing success of Team GB we have a huge number of budding Max Whitlocks and Claudias itching to become gymnasts. To let these youngsters, have a go and maybe become the gold medal winners of the future - we are urgently looking for volunteers to help train the youngsters.
We have qualified coaches but also need unqualified volunteers over 14 years old (perhaps with a dance or gymnastic background) who would be willing to gain qualifications in coaching and/or judging. and able to help out on either a Friday evening or Saturday morning.
We have great fun and you'll be joining a lovely team - and if you're interested to get further coaching qualifications we'll help you.
Aspire Gymnastics train at Frogmore Leisure Centre in Yateley. We run recreation classes for four age groups - age 3 to school age (with and without parents), under 8s, 8 -11 and secondary girls.
In these classes the children learn basic gymnastics and have the opportunity to gain British Gymnastics badges, enter local competitions and join in displays.
An interest in all matters gymnastic and a dance or gymnastic background would be most welcome.
