Receptionist - Guildford and Ash

Citizens Advice South West Surrey is a local independent charity, committed to meeting the needs of our community. We are seeking receptionists to join our volunteer team.  

As a receptionist, you will be working closely with our team of advisers to assist them in dealing with clients, either face to face or through phone and email. You will be providing day to day admin support such as adding clients to our database, scanning documents, dealing with post and handling general office duties.

TASKS

• Answering the phone, replying to emails and dealing with the post
• Welcoming all clients and visitors to Citizens Advice
• Manage the email inbox
• Add information to the database
• Scanning documents
• Dealing with the post
• Handling general office duties
• Help with day-to-day running of Citizens Advice
• General admin duties
  
• Follow data protection and confidentiality procedures
  

An induction and full training will be given which will include Citizens Advice aims, principles and policies
