Shop Floor Customer Service / Till Volunteer

Our shop floor sales volunteers are the first point of contact for customers when they enter our shops. You will greet customers, help them find the items they’re looking for and answer their questions where you can. With support from the shop team, you’ll serve customers on the till and help with tasks around the cash desk meaning we can raise as much as we can to fund lifesaving research.

Skills

Full training is provided but we are looking for people with:-

  • A friendly attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team.  

Please note that volunteers need to be over the age of 16 to work in the shop, and not have any unspent criminal convictions or appear on a criminal register

Availability Details

Opening Times Mon - Sat 09:30am-05:30pm and Sunday 10:00am-04:00pm. Volunteers tend to help for a morning or afternoon shift.
