Shop Floor Customer Service / Till Volunteer

Our shop floor sales volunteers are the first point of contact for customers when they enter our shops. You will greet customers, help them find the items they’re looking for and answer their questions where you can. With support from the shop team, you’ll serve customers on the till and help with tasks around the cash desk meaning we can raise as much as we can to fund lifesaving research.

Skills

Volunteers need to be over the age of 16 to work in the shop, and not have any unspent criminal convictions or appear on a criminal register. Full training is provided, and all that’s needed is a curious and friendly attitude and the ability to work as part of a team. The money we raise in our shops goes towards helping people living with heart disease, and finding cures for the future.
