Vision 4 Youth is a charity in Yateley who provide youth clubs and services to 11-25 year olds. We have been established for many years but have grown rapidly over the last few years, and therefore we are looking to expand our Board of Trustees to fully support the youth work that we do.

Its a great team to be a part of! As the charity provides such a variety of youth activities there is often a different challenge ahead, and its a rewarding experience to know that you have helped shape a young person's future.

Our Board of Trustees support the charity by maintaining finances, ensuring legal compliance and assisting the admin team with the back office fundraising and administration.

The Trustees meet once every six weeks in Yateley at 4pm on a weekday. Most work is carried out remotely and its a role where you can take on as much or as little as you would like to or have time for.

We welcome new Trustees from all backgrounds as we're looking for individuals who just want to get stuck in with what needs doing. However, anyone with experience in a marketing role would be most beneficial to us. You do not need to have worked with young people before, in fact the Trustees do not meet young people on a regular basis – if that's what you'd prefer to do then why not volunteer at one of our youth clubs instead!

Skills

Ability to work as a team and generally a sociable person. Good administration knowledge an advantage but not essential.
