Childlife are looking for a volunteer to make calls to supporters who have recently signed up to a monthly Direct Debit with us to thank them for their support and to confirm some of the details they have provided. The aim of the call is to thanks them and to, reaffirm the importance of long term giving and further build on the new supporter’s positive experience and relationship with Childlife. Calls also serve as a way of checking the quality of a fundraiser's sign up and pitch.
There is no cold calling, all calls will be to new supporters who have already signed up to a Direct Debit.
•English to native level (essential)
•Fundraising Telesales experience would be an advantage.

When can I volunteer?
Hours are ideally Monday to Friday - 12.30pm-3:30pm but can be adjusted to suit the right candidate.
