Opportunities with Yateley Industries For The Disabled Ltd

About

About Us
Yateley Industries for the Disabled is a charity providing housing, training and employment to people with disabilities, recognising that every person should have the opportunity to fulfil their potential and make a meaningful contribution to society.
Our three-acre site in Yateley provides accommodation for up to 47 people and houses our factory building. This is one of the few remaining supported factories that help vulnerable adults to do paid meaningful work and training intended to help progress them into mainstream employment.
Our reach goes beyond the Yateley site as we have coaches supporting those who are disabled or have a physical or mental health condition through the Access to Work programme.

Strategy
The Board is in the process of developing a new strategic plan for Yateley Industries covering the period to 2025. The main areas of focus to achieve this vision are:
• Explore opportunities to meet the needs of the Charity’s future, facilitating a thriving, sustainable community.
• Secure the future financial sustainability of Yateley Industries, including through initiating a major fundraising scheme if feasible.
• Raise Yateley Industries’ profile locally and nationally, communicating our vision and values.
• Develop Yateley Industries services to diversify and achieve sustainable growth and best serve the target beneficiaries of the Charity.
