Our Benefits Support Volunteers provide one-to-one assistance to people living with dementia and their carers, helping them complete applications for Attendance Allowance, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Blue Badges and Council Tax discounts. We are looking for patient, empathetic and trustworthy individuals with good listening and communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence working with forms and confidential information. Volunteers will help people access the financial support they are entitled to, making a real difference to their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
