Daisy Chain Café Helpers

The Daisy Chain Café is run by a group of trained volunteers and offers a dementia friendly place for people with dementia or memory loss, their partners, families and friends to meet up for a chat and a coffee. Attendees receive helpful information and share the support of others.

Volunteers help with refreshments and are on-hand to offer a listening, compassionate ear and where appropriate signposting to appropriate support agencies.

Skills

Volunteers can help on a regular or adhoc basis.

Clear speaking voice and excellent communication skills.
