Event Volunteer for Lager Festival 21st November

Hatch Warren Community Centre are organising their annual Lager festival on Saturday 21st November and are looking for volunteers to help ensure that the event is a great success.

They are looking for help with the following:

  • Set up Crew 2pm - 4pm on 21st November- help prepare the space by setting up tables and chairs and the bar area.
  • Customer welcome Team 6.30pm - Greet visitors, check tickets, collect payments for on door sales and drinks token  via cash or Zettle machine. 
  • Bar Helpers 6.45pm - 10.45pm - Assist with serving refreshments from the licensed bar
  • Clear up crew - From 10:30pm - We will be making sure that the Community Centre is ready for Father Christmas, who will be making a visit on Sunday 22nd

Skills

No specific skills required but an enjoyment of speaking to people and generally helping out as required would be very beneficial.
